THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently on the lookout for a Technical Lead to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge intelligent solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Articulating technical decisions and solutions to both onshore and offshore teams
Designing and documenting software solutions
Ensuring engineering principles and related processes are adhered to
Creating project estimates
Mentoring and grooming team members
Providing constructive feedback to team members via code, design, and architectural reviews
Representing the team in onshore-offshore discussions
REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
4+ years of experience developing production enterprise applications
1+ year of experience providing guidance to a team
Familiarity with software development standards, design patterns and their applications
Full-stack experience with web-based technologies and concepts such as RESTful APIs, microservices, React/ Angular, Node.js, Java, Spring, Python, HTML5
2+ years of experience working in a Cloud environment (Preferably AWS & GCP) including serverless offerings
Experience with container technologies such as Docker
Exposure to DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, and source versioning tools
A proficient understanding of agile processes
Experience in Unit testing and related technologies
The ability to quickly learn new and existing technologies
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, communication skills and the ability to exercise mature judgment
