We are currently on the lookout for a Associate Manager – Administration  to join our team.

 The Role: 

  • Manage and supervise coordination of administration tasks.
  • Liaise with government agencies, vendors, suppliers, embassies, industry bodies and other third parties to expedite timely completion of tasks and initiatives.
  • Fully execute office refurbishment and fit-out projects.
  • Manage the implementation and ongoing maintenance of infrastructure, utilities, and related external and internal systems.
  • Proper documentation and filing of all related activities.
  • Experience in purchase requisition, purchase orders and procurement.
  • Possess experience and knowledge in Health & Safety practices.
  • Actively organize, initiate, and lead Safety programs.
  • Provide a high quality of service to all stakeholders.
  • Contribute with new ideas that will enhance the office environment in partnership with other internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in design and roll-out of sustainability strategies, objectives, and performance targets.
  • Engage both employees and external stakeholders and promote awareness of sustainability initiatives.

The Profile: 

  • First class degree from a recognized local or foreign university.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
  • Be highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
