What you will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting technical issues – Application and Networking issues, cloud based connectivity issues.
- Upgrades and new deployments.
- Owning entire merchant set up process – POS setup, Credit Card set up and Cloud set up.
- Monitoring and proactively managing application issues.
- Customer Handling.

- First degree in a technical discipline.
