What you will be responsible for:
- Provide a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
- Continue to come up with (and implement) ideas that will enhance the office environment in partnership with other internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate office meetings and other related functionality with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide a high level of quality in services provided to all stakeholders
What you need to have to apply for this position:
- First degree from a recognized local or foreign university or equivalent qualification.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast paced environment.
- Good multi-tasking and organizational skills.
