Operations and IT Service Management

The Operations and IT Service Management division is responsible for the uninterrupted availability of Sysco’s mission critical tech applications across the U.S.A, Canada and Latin America. The team aims to use innovation to reimagine how Operations and IT Service Management can best be applied in fortifying Sysco’s technologies.  

The team will collaborate with all of Sysco’s tech teams and create tools and monitoring dashboards; harnessing data to empower teams with insights that will allow them to proactively deal with issues and make technology more robust and reliable.
