At Sysco LABS, we are committed to eliminating disparities and elevating the voices of those marginalized to facilitate equal representation across the board. It's been nearly two years since I joined Sysco LABS, and I've gained a wealth of experience, exposure, knowledge, and fun at one of Sri Lanka's most prestigious tech companies. Despite being fresh out of university, I've been given significant responsibilities and opportunities, treated equally by experienced colleagues. Inclusion is embraced, colleagues are valued, and the culture is authentic. If there was a tagline, it would be: 'Sysco LABS – where Dreams are Defined'.
