We are currently on the lookout for a Data Entry Operator to join our team


  • Entering Talent Acquisition & Resource Management-related operational data to various internal databases
  • Conducting regular quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Generating reports and providing updates as prescribed
  • Assisting the Talent Acquisition and MIS Teams with administrative tasks as needed
  • Complying with data integrity and security policies
  • Upholding the highest levels of data entry hygiene


  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Prior experience in data entry or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
  • A strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in using data entry tools and software
  • The ability to strongly comply with data integrity and security policies
  • The ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of HR or recruitment processes would be an advantage
