THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently on the lookout for an Intern - Project Management to join our team of technologists who work on solutions that are revolutionizing the future of a trillion-dollar, global industry!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting Scrum Masters and Product Owners in facilitating Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Assisting the project management team in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines
Helping monitor project progress and tracking deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
Supporting communication between project stakeholders and ensuring timely updates
Maintaining project documentation and updating project management tools.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Assisting in risk management and issue tracking
Compiling data to support project decision-making
REQUIREMENTS
Must be currently pursuing, or have recently completed, a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related fields
The ability to make a one-year commitment to this role
A basic understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework (certification or coursework is a plus)
An interest in IT project management and the software development lifecycle
Strong organizational skills with a good attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude with a strong willingness to take initiative and solve problems
Should possess the ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Must be eager to learn and have a proactive attitude
