THE OPPORTUNITY
We are on the lookout for a Technical Business Analyst, who can work closely with our product management, engineering and customers to understand technical requirements and translate them into platform enhancements and solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting requirements gathering sessions with customers to understand testing pain points and needs
- Analyzing and documenting technical requirements for new features and integrations
- Developing technical specifications and validating solutions with engineering teams
- Defining test cases and scenarios to validate implementation meets requirements
- Supporting product demos, presentations and POCs with customers
- Providing guidance to QA engineers on testing best practices
- Tracking and prioritizing the product backlog
- Maintaining the product documentation
REQUIREMENTS
- BA degree in computer science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software testing/QA, BA or related role
- Hands-on experience with test automation platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
- Technical aptitude with APIs, databases and testing practices
- Automation experience with Selenium, Appium or other frameworks
- Familiarity with testing methodologies like BDD, TDD
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML will be advantageous
- Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Jira if preferred
