THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently on the lookout for a Technical Lead – Android to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Working on apps that revolutionize customer interaction at Sysco
Being responsible for driving the development process from conception to release in a cross functional team in an Agile delivery environment
Starting at the ground level and develop the future of Sysco’s customer experience
REQUIREMENTS
6+ years of experience developing on Android
A passion for Android and a commitment to building award-winning apps
An expert-level understanding of the Android SDK
Preferred experience with Retrofit, RxJava or KotlinFlows/Coroutine, Dagger 2 and Jetpack Compose
A track record of publishing apps in the Google Play Store
A passion for building consumer facing applications with elegant and clean interfaces
Experience developing, testing, shipping and supporting a product for hundreds of thousands of users is a plus
Knowledge of GraphQL and Apollo is an added advantage
