We at Sysco LABS are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users and accordingly we consider and take your privacy very seriously. The rights contained herein under Clause (H) will also be exercisable by a person who has been appointed as a guardian or administrator by a competent court in relation to a user who is physically or mentally unfit or an heir to a deceased user in relation to such user’s rights within a period of 10 years from the date of the demise of such user.
If any user falls within the definition of a citizen of the European Union, any personal information collected from such user shall be subject to the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018.
