The rights contained herein under Clause (H) will also be exercisable by a person who has been appointed as a guardian or administrator by a competent court in relation to a user who is physically or mentally unfit or an heir to a deceased user in relation to such user’s rights within a period of 10 years from the date of the demise of such user.
