THE OPPORTUNITY
Sysco LABS is currently on the lookout for an Associate Tech Lead – Resource Management & MIS who will perform a role in SL Resource Management, which is responsible for governing the overarching Resource Management practices and Management Information Systems of Sysco’s corporate technology organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Business Intelligence, a good knowledge of Resource Management, as well as experience in Process improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and maintaining Management Information System (MIS) reports, dashboards, and tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making and operational improvements
Providing consultation and assistance in implementing data governance policies in BAU practices and new system implementations
Identifying opportunities to streamline resource management processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve efficiency through automation and standardization
Liaising with project stakeholders, department heads, and senior management to communicate resource-related insights, recommendations and updates
Working closely with stakeholders to allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal utilization of human resources
REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field
3+ years of hands-on experience in data management, data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI and other Microsoft Power Platform or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and data integrity
A passion for leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness
