THE OPPORTUNITY

The Project Manager – Enablement Operations plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, and supporting executive leadership in achieving organizational goals. The position requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, excels in fostering collaboration, and demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and execution capability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning and Execution: Enable and support the Managing Director and leadership team in developing and executing strategic plans that align with the organization’s mission. Work closely with senior executives, internal teams and onshore executives to deliver strategic initiatives.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with senior executives, cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment. Build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization to anticipate needs, address challenges, and drive shared objectives. Act as a central point of contact, promoting transparency, trust and clear communication to enhance organizational cohesion and overall performance.

Communication Excellence: Prepare and deliver internal and external communications that simplify complex topics for diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and engagement. Develop narratives that effectively convey the organization’s vision, goals, and priorities. Leverage advanced presentation tools and techniques to create visually compelling slides and materials that communicate ideas succinctly, align stakeholders, and inspire action. Analyze data and produce metrics and reports. Regularly tailor communication strategies to suit varied audience needs, from technical teams to executive leadership.

Project Management: Oversee critical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards. Coordinate between teams, set milestones and address challenges proactively.

Operational Efficiency: Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies by implementing streamlined processes and monitoring organizational performance; promoting continuous improvement across teams and systems.

Team Leadership and Development: Lead the Office of the Managing Director by mentoring staff, fostering a collaborative work culture and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Crisis Management: Support the organization during unforeseen challenges by developing contingency plans, mobilizing resources and mitigating potential impacts.

QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; a Master’s Degree will be a plus

7-10 years of experience in a project management or business analysis role, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects

Demonstrated expertise in project planning, execution and monitoring

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams

Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project-related challenges

Experience working in an Enterprise Environment

The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Holding a Project Management Certification will be an added advantage
