We are currently on the lookout for a Senior Associate – Procurement to add their value to the operations of Sysco LABS.


  • Maintaining a comprehensive annual/quarterly Procurement Plan based on the Annual Budget and Event Calendars of respective Divisions
  • Taking responsibility for the procurement of goods and services for the Company as required by adhering to the Procurement Policies and guidelines
  • Assisting in supporting the team to manage the overall “Procure-to-Pay” process as required
  • Conducting market research, supplier evaluations, supplier performance reviews and negotiations with suppliers in a manner that benefits the Company
  • Managing the Procurement Database and producing regular reports on purchases, suppliers and costs when required
  • Performing data analysis and reporting including monitoring mechanisms to identify cost savings and process efficiencies that will enhance profitability of the Company
  • Liaising with the Finance Team to process supplier payments on time
  • Initiating and driving digitalization of the procurement process


  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related field
  • A professional qualification in CIPS/CIMA or any other procurement related field would be an added advantage
  • Proven experience of minimum 3-4 years working in the capacity of Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management
  • Proficiency in procurement-related software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving
  • Competency in analytical skills and market research capabilities
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, English communication and effective negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and requirements of both internal and external stakeholders
