THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently on the lookout for a skilled SharePoint Administrator to manage and maintain our SharePoint environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and optimization of SharePoint services, including SharePoint Online and on-premises environments. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is highly desirable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administering and supporting SharePoint services and applications
Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
Managing user accounts, permissions, and site collections
Implementing and maintaining security policies and compliance standards
Providing technical support and training to end-users
Collaborating with IT teams to integrate SharePoint with other systems
Developing and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
Performing migrations for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) using various software tools, including BitTitan and ShareGate
REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
An advanced degree or additional certifications in relevant areas
Microsoft Certifications: SharePoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or similar certifications
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SharePoint administration and support
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, experience with Microsoft Power Platform, and familiarity with migration tools such as BitTitan and ShareGate
A strong understanding of security protocols, compliance standards, and best practices for SharePoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with end-users and IT teams
The ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions
Experience in managing projects, particularly migrations for mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
