We are looking for Senior Product Manager to join our team as the Head of Product Management, who will manage the people and processes of the product team, drive engagement and professional development of the team in addition to leading product development and implementation of the digital strategy for upcoming innovative products.


  • Owning, managing, and driving a portfolio of product domains and initiatives end-to-end, while developing, aligning, and executing road maps across product domains in partnership with enterprise stakeholders
  • Leading a team of product managers; ensuring that each individual contributor aligns with the objectives and key results for product at an initiative, department, and corporate level
  • Contributing to product and development strategy and process optimization in partnership with architecture, data analytics, and engineering teams within the customer experience organization and beyond
  • Managing expectations and communications with business stakeholders and executives; representing the product team with professionalism and developing trusted relationships across the global organization
  • Supporting team members in both their technical and professional development; identifying and coordinating training and coaching needs
  • Recruiting, retaining and developing exceptional product development talent; cultivating a positive company culture that values cross-team collaboration and trust
  • Continuously advocating for customer experience balanced against organizational strategy and tactical limitations


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related experience
  • 3 years in a leadership role on complex initiatives in product, software development, or professional services
  • 10 years in product management, business consulting, or related field
  • Experience in an agile environment
  • Experience in a start-up environment will be advantageous
  • Experience mentoring and developing the technical and functional skills of team members is advantageous
