THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently on the lookout for Senior Technical Lead - Platform Engineering to join our team and drive the strategic evolution of development platforms to significantly enhance developer productivity and accelerate time-to-market. This role will leverage cutting-edge AI and Generative AI technologies to automate workflows, streamline development processes and deliver intelligent tooling solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and executing a comprehensive platform engineering strategy, incorporating AI and GenAI, to enhance developer experience and efficiency
Leading the design and implementation of AI-powered tools and services to automate repetitive tasks, improve code quality and provide actionable insights
Researching, evaluating and integrating Generative AI models to generate code, documentation and other development artifacts
Leading and mentoring a team of platform engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and operations, to ensure seamless platform integration
REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
8+ years of experience in platform engineering, software development, or related fields
Proven experience designing and implementing AI/GenAI solutions, with a focus on enhancing developer productivity
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries
A strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, containerization technologies, IaC tools and DevOps practices
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, or similar
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
Must possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills
