THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team throughout the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities
  • Communicating with candidates, providing updates and gathering necessary documentation
  • Entering Talent Acquisition and Resource Management-related operational data to various internal databases
  • Conducting regular quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Generating reports and providing updates as prescribed
  • Assisting the Talent Acquisition and MIS Teams with administrative tasks as needed
  • Complying with data integrity and security policies
  • Upholding the highest levels of data entry hygiene

REQUIREMENTS

  • First degree from a recognized local or foreign university or an equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Administrator or in a similar role
  • A strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in using data entry tools and software
  • The ability to strongly comply with data integrity and security policies
  • The ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
