The Role:
- Driving technical priorities and owning delivery for teams of developers
- Code reviewing solutions developed in Blue Prism and suggesting improvements as needed
- Taking business requirements, current and future state process designs and helping with translating them into process flows and Visual Business Objects within the Blue Prism object studio and Blue Prism process studio
- Helping with the overall architecture of business logic within code-stages in languages within the .NET family (C#/VB)
- Creating and inputting into solution integration design using Web Services/RESTFUL API
- Overseeing component and integration testing on the overall automation solution
The Profile:
- Blue prism development experience or certification
- Experience with development within the .net family of languages (C#/VB)
- Strong knowledge of database architectures and SQL language
- The ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams
- The ability to lead a team of developers and testers and implement automation solutions independently
- A good understanding of Process Design documents, and technical design documents within the automation space
- A demonstrated “agile-development” mindset with a strong customer-focus and results-orientation
- A flexible mindset and demonstrated ability to grow skillset and work across the full technology stack
- Excellent technical and analytical skills to discuss problems, analyze solutions and enable improvement
- Excellent communication skills to effectively manage key business stakeholder relationships; High proficiency in teamwork and collaboration
- A strong understanding of hyperautomation and the integration of hyperautomation tools and applications
- Extensive experience in automation solution design & implementation
